Ben is a National Operations Manager and a responsible manager of PGW Financial Services. Early in his career, Ben graduated from The University of Adelaide with a passion for, and degree in, economics. Since then, he has gained years of invaluable experience in the industry, working in stockbroking, trade settlements, financial advising and licensee compliance. Now Ben is a dedicated and talented financial compliance manager for PGW Financial Services.

Jobbe is a director and a responsible manager of PGW Financial Services. He started his financial services journey at the Commonwealth Bank of Australia, before working in senior positions at BT and Citibank. After eight years of running and growing his network of clients and advisor team, he joined Solomons Group Australia as the Head of Wealth Management division. Now with PGW Financial Services, Jobbe provides essential compliance support and practice development to assist new PGW advisers.

Johnny is the head of Partnership & Engagement of PGW Financial Services and Managing Director of Solomons Group Australia. In business, he has always been guided by one key belief: investing is about more than money. It’s a principle that he reinforces across the business and his team, with a focus on fostering client wellbeing and relationships beyond their financial goals. Johnny has worked in the financial services industry for more than 10 years and held senior positions at leading financial institutions, including Macquarie Group and Ord Minnett, where he advised high-net-worth clients. Johnny’s current focus is exploring value-add partnership opportunities for PGW’s community of advisers.

Tracey has been an important member of the PGW team for many years. She has worked in our revenue management team for 10 years. Additionally, she has spent 15 years as the Managing Director of Acompli Business Solutions – PGW’s back-office support and bookkeeping service. Tracey has spent more than 20 years in banking and finance. Before joining PGW, she worked for the Securities Institute of Australia (now FINSIA) as their education and training manager.
